FREEBIE | Fun Spring Flower Craft May 12, 2015 14:15
Yes, I definitely have "Spring Fever" these days as it's has been incredibly warm around here...which I love...such a mood lifter! So it's only natural that I have been drawn to all things related to spring, summer or just warm weather lately. Besides that, my 2 kiddos are girls (although not little anymore!) so it's totally second nature for me to be on the lookout for fun crafts to do, even though "mommy daughter craft time" is a thing of the past for us. I have so many great memories of all the many fun projects we did together, and instead of letting myself get teary-eyed as I reminisce, I prefer to continue to search for fun ideas to share with you and your little ones! So today, I am sharing with you a fun and simple spring project that you can easily and quickly do with the kids, and I think they will love it! Check out these neat "Spring Flower Straws" from Tonya at "Create-Celebrate-Explore." You could also consider making these for a unique and fun lunchbox note!
If you don't have any construction paper or scrapbook paper on hand, click the image below for some free printable patterned papers in pretty spring colors for making these cute flowers!
If you have pics of your finished flower straws, send them over to me as I'd love to share them on the blog and with Tonya. Happy crafting! :)
